No. Cloud Peptides does not provide dosage recommendations, product recommendations, treatment advice, or medical guidance of any kind.

What form do the products come in?
Products are supplied as lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder in sealed vials and require reconstitution prior to laboratory research. All products are intended for research purposes only and are not for human consumption.
What additional supplies may be needed?
Common laboratory supplies include sterile laboratory solvent, sterile syringes, sterile needles, alcohol prep pads, gloves, and appropriate cold storage. Required supplies will vary depending on the specific research protocol.

What solvents are commonly used in laboratory research?
The appropriate solvent depends on the specific compound and the research protocol. Common laboratory solvents include:
- Bacteriostatic Water (BAC Water)
- Sterile Water for Injection (SWFI)
- 0.9% Sterile Saline
- Dilute Acetic Acid solutions (used for certain research compounds)
Researchers should consult the available scientific literature and determine the appropriate solvent for their specific research application. Is there a minimum order?
Yes. The minimum order is 2 kits (two 10-vial kits). Kits may be mixed and matched; they do not need to be the same product.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is $15 for orders containing 2 kits. Orders of 3 kits or more qualify for free shipping.
Where do you ship?
We ship internationally. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on when the order is placed, customs processing, and international holidays. Orders are shipped directly from our manufacturing partner in China.
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes. Tracking information will be provided as soon as it becomes available.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Zelle, and PayPal.
Payments made with Bitcoin (BTC) or Ethereum (ETH) do not incur any additional processing fees.
Orders paid via Zelle or PayPal include a $5 processing fee.
PayPal payments should be sent using Friends and Family. If you choose to pay using Goods and Services, you are welcome to do so provided you also cover all PayPal transaction fees in addition to the $5 processing fee.
Once payment has been received, your order is submitted to our manufacturing partner and shipped directly to the shipping address provided during checkout.
Do you provide Certificates of Analysis (COAs)?
Yes. Independent testing is performed through JANOSHIK, and Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are available upon request. We also encourage researchers to conduct their own independent testing whenever possible.
What happens if my package is lost or seized by customs?
If your package is lost in transit or seized by customs, we will reship once for free. Terms and conditions may apply.
